The terms on which we supply a digital invitation to you as a consumer.

Who you are contracting with

What you are buying

A licence to publish one personalised digital invitation at a private link, including the guest page, the RSVP form, the map and the music feature. You may edit it after publishing. It is not a transfer of the design’s copyright.

How the contract is formed

Choosing a design and entering your details creates a draft and costs nothing. The contract is formed when you complete payment on the payment provider’s page and we confirm it by email.

Price and VAT

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the rate of your country of residence. Payment is one-off; there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

How long the invitation stays online

Your invitation stays reachable at its link for [[availability period]] after the event date. You may unpublish it at any time from your dashboard.

What we need from you

You confirm you have the right to use any photographs, music and names you upload, and that the content is lawful. We may take down an invitation that is unlawful.

Liability

Governing law
