Your right to withdraw

Consumers in the EU have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Digital content has one important exception — please read the second section.

The right

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send a clear statement to [[support email]] or [[postal address]].

The exception for digital content

At checkout you are asked to request immediate publication and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once the invitation goes live. This is the exception in Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. If you do not tick that box, publication waits until the fourteen days have passed.

Before publishing

You can build the entire invitation, see it in full and change designs without paying. Nothing is charged until you publish.

Refunds

Where a refund is due we return the full amount using the same payment method, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal.
